Private (one-on-one) Sessions

Individualized sessions for one person

Single 60-minute sessions        $80 per session

Set of 6 or more sessions        $75 per session


Small-group Sessions

Personalized sessions for 2-4 people

60-minute sessions      $40 per person per session

*Groups of 5+, please contact me for price


  • Payments are accepted by e-transfer, cash, or credit card

  • Payment must be made by the day of your first session

  • Cancellations are accepted with 24-hour notice

Emerging Mama Circle

Your pregnancy is a time of tremendous change. How you move in your evolving body, how you see yourself, how you see the world. How you want to bring your baby into the world, what you hope motherhood will be like. These are all so important to consider and you’re not meant to do this alone. Let’s do it together. It’s time for a sisterhood through motherhood.

Using yoga, movement, pelvic health, meditation, reflection, self-care practices, thoughtful discussion and more, we will spend these beautiful mornings together moving our bodies, minds and hearts. You are emerging, Mama! And we’re going to support you, move you, hear you, and celebrate you!

**These mornings are for Mamas-to-be at any stage of pregnancy.

Evolving Mama & Babe Circle

When you had your baby, two beings were born: your baby and you as a mother. Without any rites of passage in our modern, Western culture, this transformation can oftentimes be overwhelming and isolating. Your best sources of guidance through motherhood are the wise, intuitive voice within you and a compassionate community to anchor yourself in. You’re not meant to do this alone. Let’s do it together. It’s time for a sisterhood through motherhood.

Using yoga, movement, pelvic health, meditation, reflection, self-care practices, thoughtful discussion and more, we will spend these beautiful mornings together moving our bodies, minds and hearts. You are evolving, Mama! And we’re going to support you, move you, hear you, and celebrate you!

**These mornings are an opportunity for you and your babe to move and be supported together. Diaper-changing, breastfeeding or bottle-feeding, crying and sleeping are all welcome! 

**Babies are welcome and we incorporate them as needed for your postpartum recovery and well-being...because that's real life!

Reclaim Postpartum You

Understand your postpartum body to move better and stronger.

Feel like you don't recognize your body after you've had babies? Things just don't seem to look or feel like they did pre-pregnancy? Any leaking, pain or discomfort when you sit, stand, exercise, or have sex? This series is for you.

In order to get to where you want to go, you have to understand where you are and move forward from there. 

Over these 6 weeks, we will discuss postpartum pelvic health, posture, useful movement, and mindfulness in your postpartum recovery.

Moms of all ages and stages are welcome!

RESILIENT CORE FLOW at Juici Yoga

Build a stable, responsive, resilient core to support all your movements - on and off your mat. With a clearer awareness of your deep core as your starting place, we'll play with functional and intuitive movement as well as adapted yoga poses to enhance all your other movement practices.

*This gentle, yet dynamic class is accessible to everyone with a body!

*This class is also an excellent option for anyone being mindful of postpartum or pelvic health issue recovery.
