Single 60-minute sessions $80 per session
Set of 6 or more sessions $75 per session
Personalized sessions for 2-4 people
60-minute sessions $40 per person per session

Payment must be made by the day of your first session

MAMA’S FLOW at Hustl + Flow
Mama beauties, I hear you. You just want to flow. You just want to feel like you again. We’ve got you. Move your mama body safely and fluidly to ease back into your flow.
*Babies who are not yet crawling (age 2-6 months) are welcome to join you.
RESILIENT CORE at Juici Yoga
Build a stable, responsive, resilient core to support all your movements - on and off your mat. With a clearer awareness of your deep core as your starting place, we'll play with functional and intuitive movement as well as adapted yoga poses to enhance all your other movement practices.
*This gentle, yet dynamic class is accessible to everyone with a body!
*This class is also an excellent option for anyone being mindful of postpartum or pelvic health issue recovery.
YOGA FOR PELVIC HEALTH at Good Practice Physiotherapy
If you’re dealing with pelvic health issues such as incontinence, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse (POP), painful sex, low back pain, or diastasis recti (abdominal separation), this small-group class series is for you!
Using yoga postures, functional movement, meditation and mindfulness practices, we will address breathing, posture, releasing and strengthening the deep core and supporting muscles, and how it all applies to your daily life.
*This series is designed under the guidance of Renee Quiring, Pelvic Health Physiotherapist of All Things Pelvic.
