Private (one-on-one) sessions & small group (2-4 people) sessions are available for:

Individualized sessions for one person

Single 60-minute sessions        $80 per session

Set of 6 or more sessions        $75 per session


Small-group Sessions

Personalized sessions for 2-4 people

60-minute sessions      $40 per person per session

*Groups of 5+, please contact me for price


  • Payments are accepted by e-transfer, cash, or credit card
  • Payment must be made by the day of your first session
  • Cancellations are accepted with 24-hour notice

Emerging Mama Mornings

Your pregnancy is a time of tremendous change. How you move in your evolving body, how you see yourself, how you see the world. How you want to bring your baby into the world, what you hope motherhood will be like. These are all so important to consider and you’re not meant to do this alone. Let’s do it together. It’s time for a sisterhood through motherhood.

Using yoga, movement, pelvic health, meditation, reflection, self-care practices, thoughtful discussion and more, we will spend these beautiful mornings together moving our bodies, minds and hearts. You are emerging, Mama! And we’re going to support you, move you, hear you, and celebrate you!

**These mornings are for Mamas-to-be at any stage of pregnancy.


3 Alternating SUNDAYS

9:30-11:00am

Oct. 21  -  Nov. 4  -  Nov. 18

Evolving Mama & Babe

When you had your baby, two beings were born: your baby and you as a mother. Without any rites of passage in our modern, Western culture, this transformation can oftentimes be overwhelming and isolating. Your best sources of guidance through motherhood are the wise, intuitive voice within you and a compassionate community to anchor yourself in. You’re not meant to do this alone. Let’s do it together. It’s time for a sisterhood through motherhood.

Using yoga, movement, pelvic health, meditation, reflection, self-care practices, thoughtful discussion and more, we will spend these beautiful mornings together moving our bodies, minds and hearts. You are evolving, Mama! And we’re going to support you, move you, hear you, and celebrate you!

**These mornings are an opportunity for you and your babe to move and be supported together. Diaper-changing, breastfeeding or bottle-feeding, crying and sleeping are all welcome! 

**Babies are welcome and we incorporate them as needed for your postpartum recovery and well-being...because that's real life!

Reclaiming You

Your pelvic health is whole-body and whole-life health.  

This 4-week series will explore what pelvic health means and how to find your personal path to wellness through yoga and movement, breath work and meditation, alignment and posture, reflection and self-care practices. All the many aspects of what makes you who you are and how you move through your days need to be addressed when preventing and healing pelvic health issues.

It’s time to get answers. It’s time to feel whole. It's time to reclaim you!
